IQ Landscape Architects acted as placemakers for a proposed mixed use/retail center located in the renowned planned community of Woodlands, Texas.
Working with Kenneth Park Architects, IQ Developed a streetscape plan which reinforces a proposed boulevard and surrounding streets as a high end retail district. Pedestrian plazas and courtyards were introduced as a way to visually and functionally connect the district with an adjacent town square, mall, and a new waterfront park. Public art will be an integral component of the streetscape, located at key intersections and within the boulevard island.
