IQ Landscape Architects were the master planners and landscape architects for a new mixed use development, located on the historic Grossinger’s Resort in Sullivan County. The plan integrates three hundred townhome units, and a Village Center which includes a hotel, spa, retail shops, two hundred time-share condominiums and a potential casino.
Preservation of the existing renowned golf course and sensitive environmental areas guided much of the plans development. A new clubhouse and public recreational amenities such as a toboggan run, parks and trails are weaved into the plan to create a year round destination community.
