As part of a design team lead by Kenneth Park Architects, IQ developed a master plan for a mixed-use development situated along the Delaware River in Palmyra, New Jersey. The project included retail, housing, hotels, and an entertainment and cultural center integrated with contiguous spaces. The plan and sustainable concepts were developed as part of a design competition with other firms. Our plan was organically generated by the natural systems located on site which incorporated on-site wetlands, and existing native habitats. New technologies such as greenroofs, solar paneling and storm water collection systems were also integrated to create a unique mixed-use center that was very well received by both private and public stakeholders.
