  • IQ is the Designated Campus Landscape Architects for Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.  The campus is sited magnificently on 150 Acres along the Hudson Highlands and retains much of the original character of the former seminary school.  IQ is working with the college to restore a former maintenance yard to a Campus Green.  The firm will also address gateway entrances off of Route 9, improving and enhancing multiple gathering spaces, and a new waterfront park.
