LeCount Anderson Redevelopment Project - New Rochelle, NY

  • Located in the heart of New Rochelle’s downtown district, the LeCount Anderson Redevelopment Project will establish major public spaces in a rapidly growing area of the city.

An urban plaza will be established as a result of the realignment of New Anderson Street, the first phase of a master plan that will ultimately create a new east/west corridor connecting public open space, parks, and civic institutions located within the district.

IQ was also working with Design Development and Lessard Urban Inc. in developing a public outdoor space that includes an intensive green roof component as part of LeCount Square, a multi-use urban redevelopment that will include multi-story commercial/retail component and two high-rise office/residential towers.
