IQ Landscape Architects collaborated with Robert A. M. Stern Architects on a residential development in the Fieldston section of Riverdale, New York. The fifteen homes architecturally recall the eclectic styles found in this historic community. Each site was proposed to have its own unique pool, gardens, and courtyards. Natural rock outcroppings and mature oaks seamlessly blend in with the new landscape composed of stone walls, bluestone and allees of street trees, echoing traditional elements found in the Fieldston neighborhood.
